اور وہ دیکھتا ہی رہ گیا۔
جو آئس کریم کھاتے ہوئے کسی بچی سے کم نہیں لگ رہی تھی۔
حماد نے کبھی کسی لڑکی کو آج سے پہلے اِس طرح سے آئس کریم کھاتے ہوئے نہیں دیکھا تھا۔
حائفہ کے منہ کے چاروں طرف آئس کریم لگی ہوئی تھی۔
وہ ہمیشہ آئس کریم اِسی طرح کھاتی تھی کے جب تک آئس کریم آپ کے پورے منہ پر نا لگ جائے آئس کریم کھانے کا مزا نہیں آتا۔
حیام اور ماہا نے حائفہ کو اِس حالَت میں دیکھا تو آتے ہی اپنا سر پیٹ لیا۔ مجال ہے حائفہ جو تُم سدھر جاؤ۔
حائفہ آئس کریم کا چمچہ منہ ڈالتے ہوئے کہنے لگی اب کیا کر دیا آپی میں نے ؟ ؟
نہیں کچھ نہیں کیا تُم نے۔ آس پاس دیکھو سب تمہیں ہی دیکھ رہے ہیں۔
ہاں تو دیکھنے دیں لوگوں کا تو کام ہی ہے دیکھنا۔ اس نے لا پرواہی سے بولا ۔
چلو تُم یہاں سے حیام نے حائفہ کا ہاتھ پکڑ کر اٹھایا۔
پر اسے کیا پتا تھا کے دور کھڑا کوئی شَخص اسکی اِس حَرکَت پر اپنے ہوش کھو بیٹھا ہے۔

حماد یار یہ لے تیرے لیے پرفیوم۔ زید نے جیسے ہی اچانک آ کر حماد کو پرفیوم کی بوتل دی وہ اس کے ہاتھ سے اسی وقت اس کے پیر پر گر کے ٹوٹ گئی۔
کیونکہ حماد کا دھیان دور کھڑی حائفہ کی طرف تھا
تو وہ بوتل پکڑ ہی نا پایا۔
ارے یہ کیا کِیا لڑکے؟ زید نے غصے سے کہا
اُف حد ہوتی ہے زید۔ ہمیشہ الٹی حرکتیں ہیں تمہاری۔ ہاتھ میں دینا چاہیے تھا نا۔
ہاں تو ہاتھ میں ہی دیا تھا۔ تمھارا دماغ پتہ نہیں کہاں تھا۔ زید نے منہ بنا کر کہا
حماد نے جیسے ہے پیچھے مڑ کر دیکھا تو حائفہ وہاں سے جا چکی تھی۔
وہ لڑکی کہاں گئی حماد پریشانی کے عالم میں بولا۔
کونسی لڑکی؟ زید نے ادھر اُدھر دیکھ کر کہا۔
ارے وہی جو آئس کریم کھا رہی تھی۔
حماد تیری طبیعت خراب ہو گئی ہے مجھے لگتا۔
پرفیوم كے بوتل تیرے پیر پر نہیں لگتا ہے سر پر ٹوٹی ہے۔ تب ہی اتنی بہکی بہکی باتیں کر رہا ہے تو۔
چُپ کرو زید۔
ہمیں اسے ڈھونڈنا ہے۔ میں نیچے جا رہا ہوں۔
اور حماد تیزی سی نیچے كے طرف چلا گیا۔
