آوچ۔۔۔۔ بابا آپکو جھولا بھی باندھنا نہیں آتا۔ ۔۔ اففف گرا دیا مجھے۔ ۔۔

وفا غصے سے بولی۔ ۔۔ وفا کی آواز پر ترہان اور سبین نے اسکی سمت دیکھا۔ ۔۔ وفا کو اسطرح گرے دیکھ کر ترہان کو ایک دم ہنسی آئی مگر وہ اپنے لبوں کو دانتوں میں دبا کر چھپا گیا

معافی چاہتی ہوں بہن  میں نے آپکو پہچانا نہیں۔ ۔

خالدہ نے اجنبی چہروں کو دیکھ کر پوچھا

اوہ میں سبین ہوں۔ ۔۔ صدیقی صاحب کی وائف۔۔۔ پچھلی گلی سے آئی ہوں کل آپکی بیٹی آئی تھی ہمارے گھر بریانی دینے۔ ۔۔۔

سبین نے مسکرا کر تعارف کروایا

اچھا اچھا آپکی طرف سے کل قیمہ بھی آیا تھا آیئے نا آپ اندر۔ ۔ وفا بیٹا دیکھو آنٹی آئی ہیں۔ ۔۔

سبین نے اپنے باپ سے لڑتی وفا کو پکارا۔ ۔۔ وفا نے پلٹ کر دیکھا تو شرمندہ سی اپنے کپڑے جھاڑتی ہوئی انکے پاس آئی

اسلام و علیکم آنٹی۔۔۔ کیسی ہیں آپ؟ 

وفا نے شرمندہ سے لہجے میں سلام کیا۔ ۔۔ گرنے کی وجہ سے اس کے کپڑوں پر مٹی لگی تھی اور کندھوں سے نیچے آتے بال بکھرے ہوئے تھے۔ ۔۔ ترہان خاموشی سے وفا کو دیکھ رہا تھا

یہ مجھے کیا پڑھائیں گیں یہ تو ابھی خود بچی ہیں۔ ۔۔ ماما بھی نا۔ ۔۔

ترہان نے دل میں سوچا

میں ٹھیک ہوں بیٹا تم کیسی ہوئی کوئی چوٹ تو نہیں آئی۔ ۔۔

سبین نے وفا کے سر پر ہاتھ پھیر کر کہا

نہیں آنٹی میں اکثر گرتی رہتی ہوں۔ ۔۔ آئیں نا آپ لوگ اندر۔ ۔۔

وفا نے ہنستے ہوئے کہا۔ ۔۔ 

جی آئیے بہن۔۔۔

خالدہ انہیں اپنے ساتھ لیئے لان میں آئیں۔۔۔ 

قدیر نے سلام کیا اور اندر چلے گئے

یہ میرا چھوٹا بیٹا ہے ترہان۔ ۔۔

سبین نے ترہان کی طرف اشارہ کیا جبکے ترہان خاموش رہا۔ ۔ 

سلام کرو بیٹا۔ ۔۔

سبین نے دانت پیستے ہوئے کہا

اسلام و علیکم۔ ۔۔

ترہان نے جان چُھڑانے والے انداز میں کہا

وعلیکم اسلام ماشاءاللہ۔ ۔۔۔ آپ کے دونوں بیٹے ہی بہت پیارے ہیں۔ ۔ کل آپکا بڑا بیٹا قیمہ دے کر گیا بہت اچھا بچہ ہے وہ بھی۔ ۔۔

خالدہ نے ترہان کے گھنے بالوں میں شفقت سے ہاتھ پھیرا  ترہان نے منہ بنا کر اپنے بال سیٹ کیئے جیسے اسے انکا ہاتھ پھیرنا پسند نہ آیا ہو۔ ۔۔
